Network of Numeracy and Mathematics Partners (N2MP) is a national organisation, working to improve the teaching and learning of mathematics in all aspects of education. Our passion and focus is on children, students and young people learning mathematics successfully. We believe it is possible for all learners to succeed in mathematics. The approach simply needs to be one of ‘whatever it takes’

We currently work in partnership with academies, schools, colleges, local authorities and other providers of mathematics education across the UK.

N2MP has a team of expert mathematics consultants with vast experience gained in a range of education settings. Drawing on our consultants’ expertise, we offer intensive and co-ordinated support across the whole school. From senior management to classroom teachers, we work collaboratively with all staff. We have a proven track record of working with staff in a variety of institutions and locations, including in some of the most challenging urban areas in the country.

N2MP offers bespoke help with school improvement, staff development and organisational development in the provision of mathematics. We start from your current position and begin the process of continuous improvement in your school from EYFS to Key Stage 5, with a belief that it is possible for all learners to succeed in mathematics.

N2MP works with schools to provide effectively for confident and successful learners who achieve the highest possible standards. We can help you create an environment where your learners feel good about themselves as developing mathematicians.

We therefore offer a range of services to support teachers, tutors and trainers in this task. These services include bespoke help tailored to the needs of individual schools as well as tried and tested resources developed to improve numeracy learning among all children. We also undertake national commissions related to the curriculum, staff development and the evaluation of maths education provision.
